This policy covers the public information pages at theclub.poker, including the homepage, articles and public tournament preview. It does not describe data processing in the game or account service at play.theclub.poker, Telegram, or other services you open from this website; their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
The public website is published under the The Club Poker name. For privacy questions about this site, contact @theclubpoker_support_bot.
Information processed when you visit
To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, date and time, browser and network details, and the referring page where provided. This information helps serve pages, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service issues.
The homepage requests the public tournament schedule from api.theclubpoker.top so it can display upcoming events. As with any web request, the browser sends the IP address and standard technical request headers to that service. The page does not add your game account ID or login credentials to this request.
Cookies and browser storage
The site stores your Google Analytics choice in localStorage for up to 180 days. The Google Analytics tag loads when you visit. While analytics storage is denied, before you choose and if you reject optional analytics, it may send limited cookieless measurement signals to Google without reading or writing Analytics cookies. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics can also use analytics cookies and process information such as pages visited, the referring page, browser and device details, and interactions with public-site links. The public site does not add your game account ID or login credentials to these events. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings in the footer. Cloudflare also loads a separate performance beacon to measure technical site performance; your Google Analytics choice does not control that beacon. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical measures, including security cookies, to deliver and protect the website.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and performance measurement. Google Analytics is provided by Google and receives limited cookieless measurement signals while analytics storage is denied; allowing analytics enables analytics cookies and fuller measurement. The tournament API provides public event information. These services may process technical request data under their own terms and privacy practices. Links to the game, Telegram and other websites take you to separate services. If you contact support through Telegram, Telegram will process your account and message information under its own privacy policy.
Your choices and requests
You can read the public pages without creating an account or submitting personal information. Where applicable law gives you rights over personal information handled by The Club Poker in connection with this website, you can contact us through @theclubpoker_support_bot to make a request. We may need to verify it. For technical logs held by a service provider, that provider’s privacy process may apply.
